Position Summary:
The Program Manager, Healthcare Executive Programs oversees The Academy Healthcare Leaders Programs and other leadership development programs and projects within our THMA. The Academy Healthcare Leaders Program provides executive education, healthcare knowledge, and skills growth to high-potential leaders of leading healthcare industry organizations.

Primary Job Duties:
  • Program manage cohort-based, adult education program(s) for healthcare delivery and industry executives, directors, and managers
  • Manage administration of all program components, including application processes, core curriculum, retention, participant experience, communications and program evaluation
  • Develop in-person educational sessions for multiple meetings per year and on-line educational modules including content and assessments
  • Source & manage program faculty, guest speakers, and mentors
  • Oversee progress and outcome evaluations of strategic capstone projects
  • Collaborate across departments to share ideas and insights on industry thought leadership
  • Work closely with Member Development team to support recruitment efforts
  • Work closely with Meeting Services staff to integrate curriculum programming with meeting logistics requirements
  • Oversee production of program marketing, meeting and graduation materials.
  • Contribute to other leadership development efforts and special projects as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MPH, MPP, MHA preferred
  • 2 years experience in program management and healthcare 
  • Curriculum development experience, particularly related to leadership, healthcare economics, health system management, organizational development, etc., preferred; online learning experience strongly preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to establish credibility and relationships with senior executives preferred
  • Relevant experience in facilitation and content delivery
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working within a CRM such as Salesforce.com is a plus

Compensation: 
Starting at $80,000-90,000 per year.
