We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing data related to sales, account management, and marketing. You will utilize your expertise in SQL, data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and database management to drive insights that enhance our revenue operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analyses of sales, account management, and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • SQL & Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and quality checks.
  • ETL Processes: Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources, transform it into a usable format, and load it into databases or data warehouses. Automate and streamline ETL workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, account management, marketing, and IT teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as required.
  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, compliance, and consistency across the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis, ETL, and database management. Propose and implement improvements to current processes and systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within revenue operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience with ETL tools and processes.
  • Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboarding, and system design
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions including advanced formulas, data visualization, and data analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with tight deadlines
  • Ability to create, implement, or improve firm processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective data management

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision, and the ability to work with screens or monitors for prolonged periods of time. This position is primarily a sedentary job where the team member will be seated for the majority of the day.

Compensation:
Pay starting from 80k and up based upon experience per year plus benefits
